Herbal compresses have long been used in Ayurveda and in Thai herbal healing to relieve muscular aches and pains.  We incorporate these warm herbal compresses (Bolus or Prakop) filled with medicinal grade herbs, ayurvedic herbal oils and deep tissue massage techniques to relax muscular tension, calm the nervous system and to dispel fatigue.  After the massage you will be gently stretched using Thai massage techniques and then comfortably wrapped while you receive an Indian scalp massage and facial cleanse and massage with a nourishing serum completing this journey of herbal healing.
